Robyn is amazing! My hair had been damaged months prior which resulted in me being very traumatized and careful about going back to any salons in the area. Robyn did a consultation with me and assured me she would take care of my hair. I left so happy, my hair is healthy again and growing back faster and fuller than before! I have my next appointment booked and have referred several friends! She is my go-to girl now!
This is the second time I have come to this salon to not be seen. The first time I came I was told that I was receiving a consultation. I get that. Forty minutes for five minutes with a stylist. Today I arrived for my 3 p.m. appointment only to see the stylist in the middle of giving someone a relaxer. I was then told that the earliest she could see me was 4 p.m. I don’t have all of this extra time to sit and wait to hopefully be seen by someone in an hour. So another 40 minutes down the drain.
