I live in Florida now but they are my go to place for every occasion I need to my peeps in the Cleveland Cuyahoga County area!
My flowers were dead when I recieved them. They were sitting outside and by time got home dead. Never called me to ask if could leave them with my neighbor or anything. Great way to get a birthday present from a friend. Had to call friend to find out how she ordered them because they did not even leave a card with store name. Guess they did not want anyone to know they give dead flowers.

Terrible!! I am the owner of the sending shop that sent flowers to a Cleveland friend. I explained the long-lasting flowers were the ones that had died (not even the delicate one you would normally hear a complaint about, but daisy mums!) I never heard a resolve to this issue. No call to the recipient. No answer to my FTD request. No call to my shop. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
