Lalin is a hairdresser my friend had gone to for years, and had done previous work that was similar to what I was asking for. I asked for a balayage to make my hair as cool and as light as possible. I said I understand if she can’t make it that light in the first session in order not to burn my hair, she said this would be no problem. I specifically asked for a root smudge so that it would grow out and be easier to maintain, she agreed but then clearly did not do what I asked.
