I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this salon. I came in feeling defeated and scared that I was going to lose all of my hair and have to get a pixie cut because of how badly matted it had become. Instead, I was met with so much kindness, patience, and empathy from every single person who helped me. I received a universal spa gift card for my birthday and chose to redeem it at this location, unfortunately, that turned out to be a regrettable decision. To begin, the overall environment did not reflect a proper spa setting. The room was brightly lit throughout the session, which made it difficult to relax. A calming atmosphere is a fundamental part of any massage experience, and this was clearly lacking. Additionally, the massage itself was uncomfortable.
