DESIGNER THOUGHTS arrived promptly at 8am to start the work. They prepped for the footers and they started laying the brick quickly. They brought all the equipment and supplies they needed and had a total of 6 guys, all of whom did the work. Nobody just standing around watching. We've been wanting to have this done since we moved in, in 2018, but had so many expenses that we couldn't do it at that time. They did our foundation on our modular build very poor craftsman ship had have engineers sign off on it cracks few months and came back to clean the joints and Crack and they are on my cameras slapping mortar with there fingers and left a mess terrible craftsman ship
This company “built” the foundation for our home for it to fail inspection TWICE. The cracks were visible within days of the mortar drying. They came back to fix their mess to make an even larger mess smearing mortar on top of the cracks to try and cover them up and even missing half of them again! If anyone would like pics I have plenty to share!
Extremely lacking in communication. Picked out the brick from samples provided. Starts job with brick that wasn't what I chose, said he didn't have enough for my job. (after telling me he had plenty) No phone call, just decides on his own to use 'the closest I have' which wasn't even in the ball park. Then proceeds to try and guilt trip me because of the low price he voluntarily quoted.
