I came in with my mum and sister earlier this week and, as always, Renee was amazing. The shop was really busy, but she still gave each of us her full attention and took the time to go through all the different options. You never feel rushed with her , she actually makes sure you get proper time and care. My mum especially loves coming here because Renee is so thoughtful and attentive. That kind of service is rare, and it’s the reason we always come back to her over other places. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Dress was beautiful. Owner is extremely unprofessional and her tone was condescending She needs to learn customer service. Edit made in response to review from owner a week ago: It is astounding that you have resorted to these lengths to claim that you withheld the bond as a result of alleged damage sustained to the dress. The bond was in fact returned to me in full & no damage was sustained to the dress. I always have such a fun experience coming here. Rene and her team are honestly one of the sweetest and friendliest people you’ll ever meet. They make the whole process so easy and enjoyable. The dresses are absolutely stunning, with such a great variety to choose from, and the quality is amazing. Couldn’t recommend enough! If you’re looking for gorgeous dresses and a genuinely kind and amazing service, this is the place to go!
