I had an appointment today they took me in before my time, but while he was doing my nails he made me bleed 2 times and got the quik in my cuticles once. I made the appointment with the other gentleman but I ended up with the bald headed guy. My nails look great, but not worth going thru all the pain! And it's rude to talk in a foreign language when you have customers sitting in front of you that are wondering what you are saying! I won't be going back!
This WAS my to go place but after today I am never coming back. They told me that I couldn't speak Spanish with my friend only English and then they made a really bad comment in Vietnamese about my friend and they were surprised when I could understand them. I am NEVER coming back.
My husband and I are regulars here and we love how they treat us.
The service here was impeccable, everyone was friendly and made conversation, and my nails turned out beautiful. I've gone to other popular nail salons in the area and NONE OF THEM have given me the quality Designer Nails has. My nails are even, shaped perfectly and the gel overlay has clean lines and absolutely NO acrylic or gel on my cuticles! Will be coming back again and again.
Very funny nail techs there! They had us laughing the entire time! Will definitely be coming back more often and would definitely recommend them to everyone who likes to have a good time while getting their nails done! :)
The people seem nice but when you have an appointment at 2 and they make you wait 45 min it get ridiculous it started with them pushing me back 10 min then it got to ( he has to grab lunch be rite with you) and every appointment they made me wait alittle longer. I have more things to do all day than to juat wait. I always made appointment and they kept me waiting unacceptable.... so they lost me as a client..
