Went here about a year ago to have my nails done for my wedding. Was told that my services would be $40. They charged me $50 with no justification on how my price went up and then acted huffy at my tip amount. It takes a lot to make me not give a place a second chance but I won't be returning.
Went in with my daughter in law who happens to be very pregnant with my grandson. She wanted to get pampered before his arrival. They were very very rude. Compared her to a child. Tried to charge her $35.00 more than she had already paid. She was in tears. They don't deserve any business at all!!! Very rude, very unprofessional. Never again. Zero stars for you!!!
They scheduled me for a full set at 9:30am. I got there at 9:15. I’m still sitting in the parking lot as I write this because they’re closed? Why would they schedule me for a time they aren’t even open???
RecommendedGirls day! Had a great experience as always! Love the owners! I would recommend Designer Nails to anyone! Since I started going here 3 years ago I haven’t had one bad experience! They make u feel at home and joke with u while doing ur nails. Couldn’t ask for a better place! They never disappoint me.
Super bad customer service... she forgot the top coat on my gel pedi and argued with me when I told her, super dirty only use dish soap to clean the pedi spa and don’t even line the bowl with plastic!!!
When I went in yesterday 8/4/19 I waited over 30 minutes after my appointment to be seen. my pedicure was rushed. I also have an infection in toe from this salon. so thank you for that. Not being able to wear shoes or walk is pretty amazing.
Early morning appointments are never on time. Explains why when making an afternoon appointment they are behind! The morning techs are never at salon for appointments. Have to wait 30 minutes or more which is ridiculous when it’s the first appointment of the day! I will find a salon that wants business!
They were incredibly rushed and rude. We had called and made an appointment several day before for mani-pedis and when we arrived they said they couldn’t do manis. Also we had asked for deluxe spa pedis and they only did simple pedis. Rude and rushed.
