I was slightly disappointed . The salesman assured me that they would be able to install gutters in a difficult to reach spot but when the installer showed up he told me that he could not install the gutter in that location. He claimed he didn't feel comfortable nor did he have the tool to install it . Maybe they should use actual installers to bid on the jobs and not salesmen who don't have as much knowledge as installers

Prompt and timely professionals. Returned to my home after I discovered a downspot, I asked them to adjust, blocked my sprinkler head and made aesthetics adjustments according to my taste.
