The service man was very knowledgeable about the problems with tract lighting and was able to identify the problems, which were lose connections within the fixture. He was also very friendly, professional and courteous.
Lenny arrived at my residence 45 mins after I called. I had several electrical issues which he resolved in about 2 hrs. Another electrician previously could not find the source of my electrical short. The problem I had been living with for a year was resolved in 2 hrs. Very impressed.

His prices were so good other competitors I called couldn't compete. I was a little concerned because it would seem that he would make our initial appointment because he had an emergency that he had to deal with concerning another client, but still he kept to his word and arrived. When I was unable to contact the first recommended service after several attempts, and having a time-sensitive project, I sent an email to all five services whose names were provided and who had an email contact address. Lenny at Designer responded within hours, and with a reasonable price for my five small projects. He was able to meet my timing, his work was excellent, he was easy to work with and have in the house, and in the end he met his original price quote. I couldn't be happier with his service or with his results.
