Pretty disappointing experience. Met in person well over a month ago for our new build. Was promised plans the following Friday. Never received them. Asked 3 more times in the following weeks. Always promised we would have them "by Friday". Never happened. A friend referred us, so we thought this would work out perfectly. Super disappointing. Would not recommend.
