THE WORST! Never sent me all of my closing documents I had to call months later (almost an entire year) to get updated documents. Still have not received required documents regarding homestead exemption and required documentation. Go with any other title company possible!
Laura Fravor and the staff at this location have no integrity. They do not communicate nor pay their invoices! Stay away!
This was the most frustrating experience in my 3 1/2 of being a realtor. For the transaction Designated Title of Waxahachie was used but they don’t pull up on google, also very frustrating when you’re trying to drive there, so I’m leaving my review here. The transaction was fine, communication was okay before closing and it closed on time. The extremely irritating part came after closing.
