Karen took the time to listen, and really allowed me to describe my recent kitchen design project. When I was stuck on cabinet colors and which granite countertop to select, she was there to talk me off the ledge! She was supportive, every step of the way- making my life so much less complicated! Karen is a kind soul who loves what she does. Her passion for helping people through transforming their everyday surroundings is apparent as soon as you meet her.
Initially excited to work with this company. First appointment was rescheduled. Over 30 minutes late for second appointment. Unable to schedule multiple appointments in advance so that I could complete the redesign of my house on my timeline. When I expressed concern that I was unable to get time slots that worked for my schedule a few weeks in advance so that I could plan my schedule, I was told that I should find another designer that could better accommodate my tight schedule. So much for customer service. SMH.
I'm a seamstress and we are working with Karen in 2 projects. She is talented, patient and sweet. I really enjoy working with her and definitely to be continued 😊. Soon will have updates from our work.
