So I just stopped by my favorite eyeglass shop, Design Vision Optical, because my father-in-law left a pair of sunglasses at our house over the holidays. I asked Cindy (the owner) if she happened to have an extra box that I could use to send his sunglasses back to him. Thank you Cindy and Design Vision for what you have done for us! I can not even call it exceptional "customer service," because what you did was treat us like a family! A family who needed help.
