I currently have a roof leak since DTH built my home. They continue to send the same roofers to make the same repair, The roofers have been out 6 or 7 times (Corey Construction)its been over 1 year since I filed this warranty claim. My roof is still leaking Micheal Martin tends to forget about for case and the V.P. Jimmy Virgadamo ignores your phone calls when the problem cant be resolved.
Communication issues at DTH. I was blamed for a delay in closing when DTH had not even given the mortgage company the final numbers. It frustrated me to have the blame pushed to me when DTH had not done their job. The appraisal was not completed "early," but that was not mentioned in the email sent to me.

Extremely unhappy with the construction of our home. The concrete was poured in April, 2015 and we are still working on the punch lists for framing, electrical, plumbing, and roofing. We are not completely blaming our Construction Manager/Area Managers because we donât know what role they play in hiring sub-contractors. However, ultimately hiring substandard sub-contractors have caused many defects, delays, rework, corrections, and not being able to pass inspections in a timely fashion. I would like to see some honest reviews here... Either my house is the ONLY MISERABLE FAILURE taking 2 years to build OR the builder is removing all negative comments from this space. This was my first visit to Main StreetAmerica, I was amazed! What a unique opportunity to view model homes. Every model homes was decorated so beautifully, giving me many decorating ideas. Everyone was professional and friendly. Can't wait to return with my husband.
