Been going to Paige for 6.5 yrs and will never leave! Great salon and gals! Got a whole new look today and me and my husband love it! Thanks girls!!!
Very very very disappointed in the salon. My first visit was a disaster, my highlights turned out green! My husband's first visit was a hair cut and a simple men's haircut was chopped. I continued with a different stylist there KAYLA and finally got what I was looking for. HOWEVER, we purchased a gift certificate for $100 for Kayla's services and they took our money knowing she was leaving. Once we found out they refused to refund considering the circumstances. The owner was rude and unsympathetic.

We have spoke to Kayla about this and she has assured us that she has told you that we didn't know she was leaving and has offered to honor the gift certificate for you. Our business manager was not trying to be rude or unsympathetic, he was grieving the loss of Kayla and had you and your husband harassing him and accusing him of being a liar when he was just following DSE Policy which is clearly printed on our receipts after each purchase.
