Today was my 1st experience with this Salon. The environment was clean and welcoming, and I was excited to get my hair done. Hannah was my stylist and she was very friendly. She listened to what I wanted, gave suggestions on how to my at home dye job (not a smart idea on my part haha) and was quick to answer any questions I had. She explained what she was doing and made sure I knew what step we were in throughout the process. She made me feel at ease. Thank you so much Hannah for helping me!!
I recommend Design Studio East if your in need of a change in hair color, simple haircut or maybe need a treat of facial or eyebrow wax etc. This is the place to go! Also the stylists are amazing and the atmosphere is great!
