Great work, we have ordered several fireplace doors and the quality and options are top notch. Customer service is excellent and they do custom work as well.
Customer service is horrible, when a door is made to exactly what the opening size is knowing it overlaps by 1.5", they say it should fit.They deducted the width to allow tolerance but not the height,why not ? 1/4 or even 1/8" should have been deducted by you, you asked me for rough opening and I provided that.i didn't give you build size,you do that
