Doctor was dismissive and made comments about medications that were inaccurate to the point of being dangerous. When I asked questions about a differential diagnosis and the details of a test he wanted to perform he called me anxious and laughed at me instead of responding professionally. Update: the worst thing that happened now is that they moved their location to Hialeah. So now I have to waste more fuel to go to a simple checkup just for him to say, you’re alright. Give me a break! Instead of making me drive all the way there, just do a tele-health instead. The doctor is a cool person but at the same time aloof. I called the doctor's office to ask if I needed to fast for my bloodwork, but was told to contact Quest, which was frustrating since it's nearly impossible to reach a representative. After no response from the nurse assistant, I tried again this morning and was told Quest couldn't provide fasting info—that had to come from my doctor. You will have to wait no less than 3 hours to get into the "second waiting room." If you have a TBI do not bother coming in! You will find everything that TBI patients have issues with. Terrible lighting, commotion, iPad to log in, etc. If I made my clients wait 4 hours to be seen I'd be fired for sure! If you overbook you should at least have patients to log in online.
