We had Design Milagros complete a renovation of a unit in our San Francisco home that was started many years ago. We also had them stage the entire house for the sale. We were very happy with both the renovation and the staging. The renovation was on a basement unit that we had started many years ago. Part of the difficulty was getting final sign-off on something that was started so long ago. My real estate agent used Design Milagros to stage my home for sale in late 2020. I was extremely dissatisfied with the communication, the process and the result. Specifically: - I was consulted on color scheme (good colors!), but was not informed how those colors would be applied. Only after the job was complete was a color plan sent to me describing where color would be applied.
