My massage was wonderful. However, my visit quickly turned sour when my stylist showed up 20 minutes late. She took or upon herself to pick a dye that was very dark and put in brassy highlights. I explicitly said I did not want highlights. She was very rough on my head bringing me nearly to tears, and only gave one hollow apology.
