Very rude, we were shunned before we even mentioned what we needed. We were told they don't work with anybody spending under $4000. Little did she know one of their employees sent us. We walked in with a $15, 000 budget. Won't be stopping back.
As a contractor I would never recommend Franklin or Design Innovations to anyone. I hired them for cabinets on a few kitchens, they "lost" $6k work of cabinets, the cabinets that did arrive were incorrect, the ordered product was supposed to be white finished interiors, what showed up was wood interior. This set of cabinets caused a 3 month delay. It also took 3 months after the original delivery date, for various other pieces to arrive such as a back panel for peninsula cabinets.
