Simply beautiful! From my first meeting with Jennifer, providing her our vision and budget, everything was seamless. Jennifer was professional, responsive and definitely knows her business. Pam and Design House are simply the best! She blew me away with my wedding flowers and made the biggest statement with the flowers for my baby shower this weekend. 5/5, I recommend their team, their customer service and the quality of their work more than any other florist in town!

Lovely arrangement of roses. First and foremost in times when people don't take pride in customer service, this dear young delivery man, called to make sure, I knew they were on the front porch and waited in the drive to be sure they were in my hands. Also, kindly wished me a HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! Not like AMAZON WHO TOSS A BOXED FLOWERS AT DOOR AND OFF THEY GO!! I never even knew they were their for a day! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JOKE TO MOST THESE DAYS, SO NICE TO STILL HAVE A FEW GOOD SHOPS LEFT.
We have known Pam for many years. My husband and I are wedding photographers and have had the pleasure of shooting the majesty and beauty that she creates for the weddings she designs, many times. She and her team always go above and beyond to make their clients dreams come true. No job is ever too big or too small. Their attention to detail is unparalleled. Not only is she a rock star when it comes to floral and decor, she is also one of the sweetest ladies I know!
Design House of Flowers is FANTASTIC! Jessica and her team were a pleasure to work with. They really helped with suggestions and collaborated to make my vision a reality. My centerpieces were beautiful, as were all the bouquets! I absolutely loved every detail they incorporated. HIGHLY recommend!
