I manage the maintenance on a local building and have to deal with all kinds of contractors/vendors and kevin is always great to deal with and goes above and beyond everytime and possibly the best part is he will show up when he says and actully calls you back witch is lost on most contractors these days
I felt that the repairs and advice was perfect and everything worked well, the first time.
We have had issues with our furnace displaying the same short-cycling issue for 3 winters now. We called two other places the previous two winters and finally called design heating this year. After being incredibly frustrated with our previous two experiences, I was pleasantly surprised at how willing they were to come out and help us. I will say the price is a little higher than other places, but it is well worth it.
