Requested an estimate for new heating & cooling. Estimate was delayed as the guy was 3 hours late. The estimate itself was ~ $27000.00 Needless to say, we went with JE Moore and they did the job in a week for $18000.00. Save your time & money. Contact ANY other hvac place.
Very happy with the services provided by Design, definitely recommend.
I'm giving this place a 2 star. I keep hearing bad and good things from people who used them and people who worked for them. For my self I think they are trying to low ball people. So I wouldn't recommend them.
Overall poor customer service! Scheduled an appointment for this past Monday morning. Get a call that they need to cancel because of an emergency and tell me they don’t know when they can get to me. So I scramble for another company to help me out. Without any communication.. their technician comes out to take a look at the problem.
