They had someone come out to take a quote for a deck replacement and patio door replacement. Never got a quote or ever heard from them again. They stopped responding. I understand if they want to pass on the project for whatever reason, but to not even follow up or respond, even after trying to contact them, is not a logical way to earn business or maintain a reputation as a reliable company.
