Consistently Great Service I have been purchasing furniture & accessories from Design Elements for five years. I have always found the staff and Mike, to be polite, knowledgable & respectful. I recently purchased three large obelisks. When I mentioned I was unsure of how to display them in my home Mike & Teri offered to come to my home to help me. Turnkey Designers and great products. Our design team from Design Elements helped us to transform two homes within 1 year. Helping us with over 9600sf was not an easy task alone. What a blessing to have experienced designers work proficiently within your time lines and work within your budget guidelines. Most generous business I know! I was actually there when the previous reviewer was there and she has it so wrong. Also she is a total liar. She was there with her mother in law to get a free $400 arrangement that this business was generous enough to award during one of their incredible open houses. She refused to accept what was a gift and tried to get floral arrangements valued at $800 because they were having a sale. Its sad when a generous person like this tries to be nice and someone tries to take advantage.

Absolutely awful customer service! Don't even waste your money and time walking into this guy's store. From the time you walk in the place, Mike, the "owner", was rude, condescending, and just basically an a$$. I tried to put a $1200 floral order in for my mother's birthday, and he basically cut down everything that I wanted to order. Said, that would cost more when it was clear it didn't. I love design elements !!!! Great customer service !! I read the statement above and was very shocked, I have been using them for years and done a lot of business with Mike including many custom orders. Most places do not let you return custom orders. I have always been happy with all my purchases and the experienced staff at Design Elements . There prices are fabulous and their design services are even better .

Owner named Mike is Psycotic........Needs SERIOUS Anger-Management Therapy Pair of lamps were ordered via in-store catalogue, with owner INSISTING that they could be returned, if not suitable. When lamps did not work, they were returned to store, but now owner insisting that there was a no return policy, only store credit available. Not only was there false representation, but as I called today to inquire about a replacement order, the owner was rude, condescending, and HUNG UP THE PHONE IN THE MIDDLE OF MY SENTENCE.
