My mom recently passed away and I'm trying to sort through her things. It's a very painful process. My wife contacted this place and got information on their possibly handling an estate sale. I sent them pictures of my mom's stuff. All I got back was a text saying "Sorry we're going to pass on the sale." No explanation. No condolences. Just a single sentence letting me know my mom and her stuff didn't matter. Beyond rude. They're not just bad business people, they're bad people.

The person you texted doesn't handle the majority of emails and is sometimes brief in response, especially over a text. We typically only can handle 25% of sales that come to us, so this is not unusual to not be able to accommodate a sale.
