Don't do business unless you want to be treated with upmost disrespect especially if you choose not to have them install the product. Cabinets face boards were broke and their solution is to glue and clamp it together. Door came warped and their solution is to make the cabinet out of plumb and level so door closes tight.

In retort to this, Mike is not a cabinet installer and stated so. Correct cabinet installation is NOT through the sidewalls of the cabinets, but the face frame. We told him this and he got upset. One cabinet frame was cracked upon shipment. We offered to get a new cabinet, but it would take some time to get. So we repaired it and the home owner approved of the repair. As far as the warped cabinet door, the cabinet was racked because the walls were not level. We had to shim the cabinet to make the door work.
