I have done a project on my house every year since I purchased it in 2015. Gary has been my contractor for every project. He has done my kitchen, basement, attic, built me a new garage after the derecho, and the list goes on. He has always been very professional, fair, prompt and stands behind his work. April 7, 2025 We are extremely happy that we chose Design and Build Remodelers, and we remain satisfied long after (5 years) the work was completed. Design and Build (Gary Phillip) does an outstanding job! We have hired Design and Build several times, for large jobs (kitchen remodel and a deck to porch conversion) and not-so-large of jobs (repair and add onto the existing wood floor). Gary is a great contractor to work with; he does fantastic work; stands behind his work; hires subcontractors that are both friendly and excellent in their specialty; and is someone we trust, as he gives you a bid and a project schedule that you can rely on.
