Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent. Constantly rearranging our entire schedules to accommodate their last-minute planning, only for them to fail to complete the work in the agreed time frame. Worse, they had the audacity to instruct my own contractors to leave my property without my consent. Communication is nonexistent, deadlines mean nothing, and accountability is nowhere to be found.
Brady is awesome. Very professional and responsive. Glad to be working with him on this project.
John Weiler has been a huge help on the condo renovation project we have been working on! He has talked one-on-one with concerned Owners, attended Board meetings, and been available for all issues for this $1million project, including watching the budget. And the photo library he has created! Definitely will have DBA bid on all my future projects!
