Ignored my instructions. I specifically asked for a certain color and layout, but they went ahead with what they wanted instead, claiming it was 'better.
Poor quality workmanship. After paying a hefty deposit, I found crooked tiles, uneven walls, and paint splatters everywhere. They refused to fix it without extra charges.
The crew would show up late or not at all, and when they did come, they worked for only a few hours before disappearing.
The finishing was sloppy, paint was uneven, and tiles were crooked. When I asked for corrections, they tried to charge me extra for their own mistakes.
Terrible communication. They constantly missed calls and emails, and I had to chase them for updates on my own project. Work was delayed by weeks.
