Strange to hear about Design Air Systems bad review, I've used them for years and always get great service.
This stranger my home warranty company sent out was wildly unprofessional. He showed up at my house on a Sunday without scheduling an appt. Once he finally made an appt a (week later) he showed up in an unmarked truck, was missing a ladder (thankfully I had one available,) he did not introduce himself, and he had zero business cards on hand to give me.
