Installation was quick and painless but I am not really seeing any difference in my bill. You really need the the battery system for it to be efficient because most people aren't home through the day to take advantage of the solar. So panels are working but not when I need them to. Tried to contact them and found out they where out of business. Terrible company. Would like to give 0 stars

Install of Solar system went well, installers were polite and got the job done quick. Edit, One year later and the install isn't complete. One of the installers come back and installed a bidirectional meter base, the company hasn't yet paid the local electric company the fee to install the bidirectional meter. On the app it shows with the amount of panels installed I'm still over 50% grid dependent. After multiple calls and emails we still haven't gotten any conclusion. We signed up with Design 1 for solar panels and an included attic encapsulation insulation package in May of 2022. We were told the first payment was in 90 days (true) and that they would more than likely have them installed by then or about then (not true). Once the payment had started and we had not heard from anyone, we started calling to check on installation.
