Due to my hair being burnt when it was done last time, I left multiple messages with Katie, one via the receptionist and one on the answering machine. No reply to either so I will assume that Katie knows what she did to my hair after charging me a $135. It's ok it will grow back, I had to have it cut even shorter to get the burnt ends out. Thank you for being a respectable business owner...I think not. It's a very sad world we live in but karma will always prevail.
Katie is great with pixies and color! I'm so thankful I didn't have to search far and long for the perfect salon!
Today was my first time there. I got a conditioning treatment and cut from Nikki. She was wonderful. She listened to me and did what I requested. She did a great job and I'm very pleased. It's a beautiful salon and everyone was very nice. I've already scheduled my next appointment- this from someone who hasn't been to a salon for 6 years.
1st time, Nikki did a great color and cut. Beautiful salon. About what I expected for cost. Would definitely go back.
