Dr Deshpanda and Dr. Henry have always been wonderful , there staff really work hard at getting u in asap. They have really helped me with decisions about my pain alternatives. Dr Deshpanda is my favorite he knows my body and I have faith in him and trust him. It's really hard to find that kind of Dr and patient relationship. They all get 5 stars from me.

Dr. Henry does not listen to anything you say, he also bills a 10 minute visit to your insurance company as a 45-60 minute visit. FRAUD! He decides what your treatment is going to be before he even reads your chart, asks you questions, and pretends to listen and care about what you say. Always acts like you're wasting his time. Never again will I waste my time. I am going to cancel my next appointment!
For years I had gone to several Doctors trying to find help with Pain in my Neck/Spine area. All I was ever told "can't find anything" and/or "you only THINK you have pain" (so it must be in all in my head as in a hypochondriac). After a while I started to believe this was true. Did you experience any numbness after your appointment with this chiropractor? No Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said
They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed.
