Unresolved Complaint – I recently paid for a thorough cleaning and came home to dirty floors (literally still spots on the floor), dirty kitchen sink, dirty stovetop, and unwiped kitchen counters. There was literally spilled food on the counter. No rag had been near it. I spoke several times to the manager and finally the owner.
