RecommendedThis studio had quickly become home base! Power flow, mellow flow, Buti yoga, toddler yoga--they've all been fabulous! Even as I'm sore and tired after class, I find myself browsing the day's schedule to see if I could squeeze in just one more class for the day.. lol. Rita Ranch & Vail are super lucky to have this place.
Just went to my first class this evening with Shay..I am going back in the morning for express flow with Lori and am going to be a regular....Very happy about the space being practically next door to where i live..Thanks!
Now that I have had the chance to sample various classes, I can say for certain that this place is going to be a home away from home. The owner, Lori, is warm and kind - it’s so refreshing. I am usually nervous about going into a class but the teachers at this studio make everyone feel welcome. And the space is comfortable and uplifting, to boot!! 💚💜
Feels so nice to have a time to relax, let your thoughts flow ☁️☁️ and get a good workout! Lori & Allyson are great and I love the flexible schedule (pun intended ;) ) The studio is calm & their booking is easy to use on the Vagaro app! Great opening!🌵💆🏻♀️
I enjoyed the mellow flow class. My only complaint? Give me a longer savasana 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 it felt as though it was over as soon as it began
