RecommendedHands down,I highly recommend. The instructors are very passionate about their practice and look forward to sharing with the community, of all levels of expertise. They challenge you at your own pace and time, to explore new poses, and dig a little deeper. I’m new to the area and heard about Desert Zen from a neighbor. Since I haven’t been to yoga for years I thought I would try one class and maybe go back if I liked it. Came tonight for Sip and Stretch (yoga and wine is life's winning combination, btw.) Tiffanie was an excellent instructor and the studio itself is very clean and well put together. Will definitely be returning for some regular classes. Thank you for a great evening! 💙
