This is the worst Property Management Company in Las Vegas. Jackie is the owner and she's a crook for her clients. I lived in one of her rentals and she's no treat to deal with. I was there for 3 years as she raised the rent after one year. Then again 6 months later. Then again 6 months later. To me that's not right. The contracts were never written out properly. Attractive lobby, non-pretentous, calm vibe, w a very nice attendant. Office space prices very reasonable.
I lived in a home that was managed by Jackie Porter she tried to rip me off she made up things that needed to be done to the house just so she could take my deposit . She even charged me 2 cleaning fees because she forgot I had paid the first fee before I moved in .
