If I was able to give it 0 stars, I absolutely would. Let me start off by immediately noticing how unpleasant, unprofessional and disrespectful the executive director of independent living is; Marielena. She clearly does not know how to run a facility like this and can recognize that she has never taken managing courses and don't even get me started on her nasty personality. Kara was the most amazing, caring person with helping us with our uncle. He absolutely loves the food too
When calling Desert Winds, the front desk lady, Pat was so caring and understanding. She listened to all my questions and assisted me with all my needs and questions. I chose to tour this facility for my families needs based on just the way Pat handled my phone call. A+++ service!!
Pat is wonderful!!! I love seeing her when I visit my grandmother, she is always friendly and caring to everyone she speaks with. Thank you for being wonderful!!!!
