If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. I contacted Keoe and as soon as I said my name she said "okay?..and..." I requested service on my a/c, and she was extremely rude and acted like she didnt even want to work with me. Said "This isnt my problem that you didnt make an appointment". I would NOT request this company. Based on the receptionist alone.
