I wish I had experienced the 5 Stars that others experienced. Joe didn't text the day before (like he promised he would) nor did he text me two hours before his appointment (like he promised he would) so I honestly thought he wasn't coming. However showing up to my house and having a complete attitude with me when I was frustrated that you didn't text me to let me know you were in fact coming is completely ridiculous. THEN, when I ask again what's in the chemicals he's using to clean my rug, he answered "I'm not a chemist." ... read more
