I’m a former tenant who moved out of my rental 2 weeks ago. I only left because I just bought a house. The owner of my rental switched to Desert Wave 5 months ago. The PM Michelle is responsive pretty fast by email or text. I had a dishwasher and water softener issue and she had a repairman out asap. I also wasn’t charged any outrageous charges at move out. Overall, a positive experience.
