Best company we have ever dealt with by far! I noticed I had a bad water heater and needed replacement. I gave Desert water plumbing a call and they were at my house within the hour! They had everything replaced and fixed in just a little over one hour. I was completely shocked on how fast they were able to do this all while being very nice and professional. It was the best experience I have ever had with any company. I highly recommend using them for all your plumbing needs.
Hey Y’all, AZ Desert Water & Plumbing just completed a bunch of services at my new condo. They repaired my water heater, put in a new inlet tank, installed a brand new toilet, put in a brand new kitchen island sink, installed reverse osmosis water tank in the kitchen…..cleaned all pipes too! Brad provided a descriptive assessment on what needed to be done along with a price estimate that they ultimately came in slightly under. This was work in an older high rise building and required shutting off chiller water to the floor in order to install four new ball valves, removed old water meter and installed new pipe sections leading to my air handler unit in preparation for additional work being done - this is something many plumbers working in the residential markets don't have the knowledge or comfort level to do. ... read more
We were very impressed with the professionalism, promptness and communication this company displayed. The plumber, Ethan, was exceptional; he was friendly and courteous. His work was expeditious yet with high quality and nice cleanup. We would absolutely use Desert Water and Plumbing again.
I have been wanting to find a plumbing service where the prices are reasonable and their work is outstanding. I recently scheduled Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter to fix a leaky shower. The scheduling was quick and easy, the service person, Dillon, arrived when they said he would and before he did any work, he put on booties so as not to track dirt/water on to my new carpet.
