I am in the advertising business. There are many choices for plumbing services. I did my research after friends came over to hang pictures after a remodel. My friend’s husband was in my garage and happened to look in my water softener. He said your water softener is full of water…this is Friday night. I can’t speak highly enough of the team Desert Water Plumbing sent out. Hector was great to work with, explained everything, super upfront and honest. Answered all my questions to a T. They showed up on time and worked quickly to remove a 4 foot section of root! Not only that, but they worked extremely clean. That massive hole they dug was put back (including the heavy landscaping rocks) like it never even happened. The cost of the work is VERY reasonable. Hire them.
From start to finish, Desert Water was great to work with. Friendly and knowledgeable rep. On time. Fast. Very competitive (if not the best) in prices. There was even a very minor discrepancy with my invoice, and it was resolved same-day. Would highly recommend for anyone.
Ethan and his partner put in a new water softener and RO system in my house today. Their work was exceptional. They were courteous, very professional, worked quickly and efficiently and answered all my questions. And the cost of my new system was very well priced. And I looked at a lot of systems.
