I definitely do not recommend this clinic or Dr. Wilson . My mother is 70 years old and is on blood pressure medication due to high blood pressure. She works a t a deli which is "essential" during this time and it has been stressful. Her blood pressure has been through the roof three days in a row, greater than 170, and she had a severe headache. She called the clinic to see what she should do. Horrible clinic. My husband and I TRIED to become patients. Our appointments were canceled twice. When they rescheduled only appt was made. They failed to reschedule appt for my husbanc. Nurse Yulie started yelling @ me. Tried to speak to office mgr twice no return call. Then they called confirming our second appointments. What kind of staff deals with patients this way. No thank you!
The only dr there that was worth a dime (& my family has seen 4 drs there) has moved on. Now searching for new drs!
RecommendedI've been a patient of Dr Raymock through all the many years since he became a doctor. He's just gotten better. Couldn't be happier with him, his staff and the front desk. Wonderful thorough care.
I have been treated by Dr. Wade and Stacie Schaible, they are compasionate, caring, and professional.I can't imagine going anywhere else. I highly recommend them!
Just left the office for the very last time after eight years with this practice. Disgusted and angry with the way I was treated this morning, and I will never go back. Mistakes happen, but it is how they are handled that shows the true character of people and the nature of a practice. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and just plain decency demonstrated by the staff today was completely unacceptable.
Wow. What a horrible experience. My husband tried to set up an appointment and the receptionist was argumentative, rude and judgemental. Just what you need when speaking with your doctor's office. When I asked to speak with the office manager Terry it was even worse. I explained that I needed to have someone address how my husband was treated.
