Dr. Rami and his entire staff were friendly and each proficient at her/his job. Dr. Rami was excellent at educating me on my condition, Chronic Venous Insufficiency, and detailed in his explanation of the RFA procedure. Even with the several patients Dr. Rami was scheduled to treat on a given day, he never seemed rushed and was quick to respond to my questions. I highly recommend Desert Vein& Vascular. Dr. Ramni and his staff are very professional and good at what they do. I had several procedures done on my legs, they feel pretty good now since I had them done, so do highly recommend you check them. they also have a good since of humor after a couple of visits they act like family. kudos!!!!
Saw DVVI for pad and they are great from initial appointment to the procedure. They scheduled as many tests as they could on first visit since I was coming from Ntg Az saving me time and gas. Staff is caring and personable and was never rushed through anything. Dr Rami is very informative about what he is going to do and how the procedure went with a excellent bedside manner. Everyone there really appears to enjoy working there and seemed like a family. Highly recommend DVVI.
Caring staff for real, takes time to understand, very enjoyable environment and awesome people to be with and talk to. My dad despises any Drs visits but he actually enjoyed his time here and isnt nervous anymore for his upcoming procedure. He's actually looking forward to going back just to see Dr Rami, Tiffany, Cathy, and Jennifer.
I am very pleased with the quality of service and care provided by the staff and doctors at the Institute.
