Staff attitude improvements.

So sorry you felt you had a bad experience. After reviewing our records you are not an established patient in our office nor have we received a call from you. Wondering if this post is an error, because we are located in Las Vegas NV and not Arizona where you live.
I live an hour and a half from this office. I was never told to "arrive early" to fill out paperwork. I was stuck on i-15 due to construction AND a traffic accident. I tried calling and, as usual, nobody answered. I arrived 18 minutes late and was told I would have to reschedule because not only was I late, but I didn't arrive early to fill out paperwork. Very pleasant experience. Dr’s and staff were there to help or explain anything you didn’t quite understand. Would definitely recommend them highly!!! Happy office environment!!

The bill ended up being twice as much as originally quoted. Worse yet, I have not seen any improvement in my leg. The office staff were very unprofessional. When I had the procedure done, the 2 women that got me ready discussed there personal life like I wasn't in the room. I would never go back to this place.
Doctors are good, but very unprofessional and unhelpful office staff. Very UNACCEPTABLE attitudes happening in the office and scheduling staff. They push blame on patient if the patient gets upset about how they don't communicate changes or trying to schedule when convenient for the patient. Complaint filed on them with my insurance.
Very much disappointed. Dishonest practice. Do not recommend.
