They provided excellent service to replace 20 damaged / cracked Spanish roof tiles that were originally cracked and first repaired during a solar install. After the solar install a couple years ago, the solar team fixed cracked tiles using an epoxy glue material and replaced some broken tiles with non-matching color tiles. Desert Valley was contacted to take a look at a maybe unrelated mangled roof pipe used for sewage. The company is very responsive, detailed and professional, from their on site project review, price estimate delivery, execution and follow up. The crew showed up on time and were professional as well, very friendly. It appears the job was well done. Strongly recommend this company.
Desert Valley Roofing's "5 Year Workmanship Warranty" is meaningless — and they've admitted as much in writing. I own a rental property in Las Vegas with a tile roof that Desert Valley installed in January 2022 for $14,200. During a routine inspection less than 4 years later, it was found that the sealants on the vent pipes and ridge joints — work explicitly listed in their scope as "Re-flash vent pipes" — were deteriorating and needed to be redone.
