Very professional company keeps you informed on everything and they work fast ! Got a few bids prior and the price they gave and was by far the most fair price compared to other companies ! Thanks again to Ashley and Ari and the crew that did the work you guys did a really good job on replacing my damaged roof!
I tried calling a few places before I found Desert Valley. No one returned my calls! Ashley at Desert Valley was great. They scheduled me for an estimate the next day. They arrived on time and were thorough and polite. He showed me pictures of the roof and what needed to be done. With in a few days I got an estimate. I found it to be reasonable. Very happy with every aspect of the process. Estimator was professional and courteous. Provided the worst case scenario for my aging roof. Was thankful to be aware rather than hit mid install. Thankfully, Turned out to not be so bad. Scheduling went smoothly, and no remnants when completed. Just a beautiful new roof.
I had a roof leak in my house in Henderson. Ari came out and gave me an estimate. I scheduled the date with Ashley to complete the work. We developed a few severe leaks in our roof at the beginning of the year. I requested several estimates from many roofing companies. Desert Valley Roofing stood out to me from the beginning. When their technician came out to give us an estimate, he was super helpful. He said he would give us an estimate for if no wood needed to be replaced, and also if everything needed to be replaced.
