RecommendedMy kids been coming here since 8 years old and my boy since 12 years. Staff is always welcoming and the doctors are so awesome, great attitude, so attentive, give you a lot of info, they hear you out with no rush.
Would not recommend. After 10 phone calls, and voicemail to the manager I was still not called back. My son was denied an inhaler prescription (he lost his previous inhaler) because they wanted to see him first in case it had gotten worse (he were just there in December). I told them it hadn’t, and that we had a specialist appointment in a few days but we’re going on a vacation and needed the inhaler now. They would not give us the prescription. Recommendedgot my son in fast but only wanted to address 1 of his 2 issues, had an ear ache and a tummy ache and the doctor didn't want to even talk about his tummy ache she said because the person that scheduled his appointment didn't put down he had a tummy ache. I had to raise my voice to even get her to address his tummy ache. this has been the only issue we have had with them.
RecommendedWe are only in surprise for a few months and my children had a chronic, unexplained health issue and Victoria Campbell was incredible. She spent almost 2 hours with us explaining possible diagnosis, treatment options, testing, and allaying our concerns and fears. All of the staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. As a momma who was worried about my children, desert valley was exactly what I needed. I’m so grateful that I stumbled upon this pediatric office. Thank you!!
